Elevations Transitional Living Services, Inc. was founded in April 2022, by Jonathan L. Kaiser. Mr. Kaiser earned a Master’s degree from Wilmington University, where he studied in the Administration of Justice program with a concentration in Criminal Behavior. Mr. Kaiser is currently employed with the State of Delaware with the Treatment Access Center (TASC) as a Senior Case Manager/Social Worker and  also holds a State of Delaware license as a Licensed Master Social Worker. As the founder of Elevations Transitional Living Services, Inc., Mr. Kaiser will also serve as its Director/CEO and a Board Member of the organization.

During his studies, in addition to his hands-on experience with the targeted population of this program, Mr. Kaiser was able to recognize a serious issue that affected majority of the population the program intends to serve. The issue is that individuals released from correctional facilities receive minimal preparation and inadequate assistance and resources, which makes their re-entry into communities challenging. Having a criminal record creates substantial barriers and far-reaching collateral consequences. These individuals are limited in several areas such as employment, public housing assistance and social services. This issue not only effects the offenders, but also the citizens within the community they reside. As a result, Elevations Transitional Living Services, Inc. was created to assist these individuals in hopes of reducing the rate of recidivism in the State of Delaware, thus making the community safer for everyone.
