Become A Mentor ​
ETLS, Inc. is always on the look-out for new community members who might be interested in becoming a mentor. We ask that Mentors be at least 25 years old. Those with conviction histories are strongly encouraged to apply. At least two years of sobriety is also required.

Stocking The Pantry
Whether you are available to volunteer at the Pantry and stock shelves, or you are able to donate items for the Pantry, your gifts of time and donations are greatly appreciated at ETLS, Inc.
Pantry donations are accepted at the ETLS, Inc. Main office located at: Dover, De. during normal business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm).
Items that are greatly appreciated are non-perishable food products, cleaning supplies and hygiene products/toiletries.
ETLS, Inc. is also open to volunteers that are willing to provide cooked meals for the residents.
Life Skills Education
Volunteers are needed to share their life skills or hobbies with the residents at ETLS, Inc. Residents at ETLS, Inc. are required to attend a life skills class at least once a month, provided it does not interfere with their regular work schedule. These classes generally cover topics such as nutrition, cooking, budgeting and ways to save money, life skills, work skills and hobbies.
There is a need for volunteers to facilitate some of the classes and teach the residents about the various topics along with other topics that may be suggested.
Housekeeping Support
Volunteers are also needed to assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the homes. ETLS, Inc. welcomes volunteers who are interested in assisting with keeping the homes clean for the residents. At ETLS, Inc., we realize at times the residents may get overwhelmed with certain obligations and may not be able to clean the way they would like to. Therefore, we are understanding and allow volunteers to assist in this area.
