Elevations Transitional Living Services, Inc. was established to service male individuals who have been incarcerated for a period of time, then released into society focusing in the Delaware area. Our goal is to assist male individuals in all possible ways to help them reach their full potential and become productive citizens within the community. Whether the need is housing, transportation, job placement assistance, mentoring/coaching, Elevations Transitional Living Services, Inc. will ensure that all needs are met for each individual before they are encouraged to venture off on their own and live independently within the community.
